Female's in Football Network
Empowering the next generation of females football - a place to share ideas and keep us all connected!
Are you aged 14 or over and want support to coach or develop your current coaching experience?
If you’ve ever thought, “I don’t know about football because I’ve never played,” or “I don’t watch football, so I don’t know any rules,” this network will help you explore the skills, attributes, and knowledge you already have that can be transferable to football. During events and workshops we will also discuss why children play football and how you can contribute.
The Hunts FA Female's in Football Network has been developed and created with the aim to support aspiring and existing female coaches/volunteers within Huntingdonshire through the FA Coaching Pathway.
Across the year the network will be able to support members in their current football provision, through their coaching badges, practical delivery and coaching action plans; with the support of our qualified and experienced team.
This network has been developed as a means to support any females who want to get involved in football and pursue a coaching career, or wants additional support when starting out. Whether you just want to volunteer at a grassroots club or are looking to achieve paid coaching the network is designed to be able to support you through your pathway. With a number of practical sessions for coaches to attend throughout the season, there are also a number of benefits from being on the coaching network, through partnerships with local clubs and leagues.
