Women5s Footballing Festival
 

The Festival has been created in response to a recent inclusion advisory group meeting earlier this year, where several members expressed the importance and interest in delivering a festival for new and existing players to take part. This 5-a-side Festival is aimed at women aged 16 and above who are interested in playing football. You can be part of an existing team, a new team, or group of individuals who are interested in playing more football, or if you  are thinking about joining a football team the 'Women5s' will give you the opportunity to experience football in a less formal environment and potentially providing an opportunity for players to join an existing women's team.

As a newly formed team the 'Women5s' will also act as a platform to help you gain more playing time/experience before entering an existing league. Experienced teams  will have an additional opportunity to enjoy more football, providing mid-week and winter playing opportunities alongside existing league and competition formats of the game.

The festival welcomes all players, regardless of experience or ability, so why not come along and give it a go!  Start Date: Friday 24^th November 2024
Kick Off Times:  7:00pn - 9:00pm
Cost:  £20 per team (Max squad of 8 players)
Registration Fee:  £20
Venue: HBK Leisure - Hinchingbrooke School, Brampton Rd, Huntingdon PE29 3BN

All fixtures will be 10 minutes in length with FA qualified referees officiating. Each team will be guaranteed a minimum of 5 games on the evening. You can only register 8 players per squad. Please be advised the deadline for entries is Friday 17^th November and places are limited to only 8 teams.
