Facility Funding Now Open
The FA, via its investment into The Football Foundation is looking to support projects that will make a difference to a football club and the community it serves. As ever, the demand is expected to be exceptionally high and will exceed the financial resource available. However, Huntingdonshire FA, The FA and The Football Foundation will continue to offer advice and support in relation to facility projects where it is considered to be of benefit to football and in addition, will try to identify any other relevant funding sources or seek to work with you to reduce overall project costs.
The first step is to complete and submit The FA’s on-line Football Facility Enquiry Form:
http://county-fa-eoi.thefa.me.uk/?cfa=10
Even if you have previously completed an EOI Form please submit this form to provide us with the most relevant and up to date information. All EOI's will be scored upon the window closing on Monday 24 April 2017.
Scoring comprises of a number of elements including FA Charter Standard, number of existing teams based on site, financial sustainability and proposed project requirements. Please ensure your project aims are realistic.
All projects will be contacted in May 2017 with The FA’s and County FA’s comments. Guidance and advice will be provided where appropriate. The higher scoring projects will be invited in for an informal presentation to be held on Monday 15th May 2017. Priority projects will then be identified and will be asked to work up their applications with the full backing and support from all parties.
