FAQs

Both clubs shall SMS the result of each match to the County FA system within one hour of the conclusion of the match. Failure to do so will incur a fine as per the schedule. If you believe that you are not receiving the SMS or are do not have your details logged into the SMS system, please contact info@huntsfa.com for help.

You can find a copy of the Hunts FA standard County Cup Result Sheet above. This must be completed and returned to info@huntsfa.com within 72 hours of the fixture finishing. Please note that the referee mark must be given via this document.

Clubs requesting a change to the scheduled date and or time of kick off of a match, must submit such request in writing to info@Huntsfa.com no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled date and or time of kick off. Any request for such change must be made having received the agreement of their opponents.

Where the appointed Match Official(s) fail to appear, the Clubs must mutually agree for a person to officiate the match in order for the match to be played on the day. Should the Match Official notify your club in the days before the match, please notify the County FA and another referee can be appointed.

The Home team are responsible for all proceeds, including the match official fee.
